Product licence holders may voluntarily provide the Natural and Non-Prescription Health Products Directorate (NNHPD) with information about whether their product is currently available to Canadian consumers. Where no information has been provided, the default status is "not marketed". The "current status" field remains unaffected and will continue to indicate the status of the product licence (i.e., active, discontinued, stop sale, cancelled, or suspended). Note that where a licence has been suspended, cancelled or under stop sale, the product cannot be legally sold in Canada.

Chanca Piedra is traditionally used in Ayurveda as a diuretic (Mutrala) to help relieve mild urinary tract infections. Chanca Piedra is traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine as a bitter tonic to help stimulate liver, improve digestion and stimulate appetite.

If symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms develop, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are trying to conceive. If you have urinary tract infection symptoms, including fever, painful urination, spasm and/or blood in urine, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing.
Contra-Indications 
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have a history of kidney stones. Do not use this product if you have kidney or liver disorder, or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics. Do not use this product if you have heart disease or if you are taking heart medications. Do not use if you have diabetes or if you are taking any medication to control blood sugar levels. Do not use if you have high or low blood pressure or if you are taking blood pressure medication.
