Immediately stop use of this product and seek medical advice if you experience: headache; severe heartburn, cold sweats, mental confusion, palpitations, chest pain and/or leg pain. Immediately stop use of this product and seek medical advice if you experience: blurred vision, weakness, seizures, or any other unusual or adverse effect. This product may be hazardous to health if used incorrectly. Contains spearmint oil. May produce an allergic skin reaction. Contains 2-hexenal. May produce an allergic skin reaction. Consult your dentist or doctor if injury or irritation to the mouth, teeth or gum around dentures occurs. Consult your doctor if you have difficulty in reducing the quantity of pouches. In case of overdose or if a child chews or swallows one or more pouches, contact your doctor or local poison control centre at once. If you think you are pregnant, stop using nicotine pouch at once and see your doctor. Not suitable for use by persons who take prescription medicine. Do not use if you are an occasional smoker, non-smoker or non-nicotine user. Do not smoke, use nicotine patches or any other form of nicotine while using nicotine pouches.
