If you are taking diuretics, anticoagulants or antiplatelet medications, or immunosuppressants, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you have excess gastric acidity, duodenal ulcer, or oesophageal reflux, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. If you are taking prescription medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.

Contra-Indications 

Do not use this product if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet). Do not use this product if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use.

Known Adverse Reactions 

Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. May cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort (such as gas, bloating, cramps). Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Diuretic effect may occur.
