If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of children. If you have a liver disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner.

Contra-Indications 

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin.

Known Adverse Reactions 

Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
