Note - The market status of a product is now available in the LNHPD and identifies if a product is "marketed" or "not marketed" in Canada. Product licence holders may voluntarily provide the Natural and Non-Prescription Health Products Directorate (NNHPD) with information about whether their product is currently available to Canadian consumers. Where no information has been provided, the default status is "not marketed". The "current status" field remains unaffected and will continue to indicate the status of the product licence (i.e., active, discontinued, stop sale, cancelled, or suspended). Note that where a licence has been suspended, cancelled or under stop sale, the product cannot be legally sold in Canada.

Recommended use or purpose:
Clove is used in Traditional Herbal Medicine as a carminative for the relief of digestive complaints such as flatulence, or abdominal distention. Wormwood used in Traditional Herbal Medicine as a stimulant tonic to improve appetite and to relieve symptoms of dyspepsia(carminitive). Used in Traditional Herbal Medicine to expel worms (vermifuge).Black walnut is used in Traditional Herbal Medicine as an anthelmitic for expelling ringworms.

Cautions and Warnings 
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any prescription medications; or if you are currently taking licorice root, or other medications or health products that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; if you have faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Consumption or Goldenseal with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhoea. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking thiazide diuretics and corticosteroids. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac medications (e.g. cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic medications). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking protease inhibitors. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a seizure disorder (e.g. epilepsy). Do not use if you have hypersensitivity or are allergic to herbs in the Lamiaceae family. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have underlying defects in hepatic haem synthesis. Do not use if you have stomach hyperacidity or intestinal ulcers. Do not use if you have known sensitivity to wormwood or the Compositae family. Do not take above recommended dose. If you have biliairy disorder, consult a health care practitioner.
Contra-Indications 
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; use if you are taking anti-coagulants or anti-platelet drugs or cyclosporine; if you have a fever and/or suffer from a febrile disorder; if you are taking acetaminophen. Do not use if you have been diagnosed with a liver disorder or if liver function is impaired. Do not take if you have kidney disease.
Known Adverse Reactions 
Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
