Do not take if you have a heart condition or are on anticoagulants. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking antibiotics.

Contra-Indications 

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding; do not use after recent surgery.

Known Adverse Reactions 

Headaches, heartburn, bloating and hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. May cause bloating, cramping, and constipation.
