Product licence holders may voluntarily provide the Natural and Non-Prescription Health Products Directorate (NNHPD) with information about whether their product is currently available to Canadian consumers. The "current status" field remains unaffected and will continue to indicate the status of the product licence (i.e., active, discontinued, stop sale, cancelled, or suspended). Note that where a licence has been suspended, cancelled or under stop sale, the product cannot be legally sold in Canada.

Cautions and Warnings 
As with any natural health product, you should consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use of this product especially if you are taking any medication including anticoagulant/blood thinners, antiplatelet medication, heart/blood pressure medication, anti-inflammatory, or antibiotic or if you have a medical condition including iron deficiency, heart condition, diabetes, excessive stomach acid, gallstones, biliary tract obstruction/gastrointestinal lesions/stomach ulcers, or before having surgery. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If you are taking prescription medication, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use as resveratrol may alter the effectiveness of these medications. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. If you have a liver disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner.
Contra-Indications 
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Known Adverse Reactions 
Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea and vomiting; in which case, discontinue use. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
