Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking hormone replacement therapy, oral contraceptives, or anticoagulant drugs. Consult a healthcare practitioner if your symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking thyroid hormone replacement therapy, if you have a liver disorder, if you have a personal history of hormonal or gynecological disease including ovarian cancer, endometriosis and/or uterine fibroids. Do not use if you currently have or have had breast cancer. Before use, ensure that you are up-to-date on appointed clinical tests such as mammograms and endometrial ultrasounds/biopsies. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience breast pain, discomfort, soreness and/or tenderness, abnormal uterine bleeding including spotting and/or recurrence of menstruation in postmenopausal women. For men: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use due to a possible estrogenic effect.
